AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT 
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders are advised that Newpark's Integrated Report, incorporating the audited consolidated annual financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2026 ("audited AFS"), which contain no changes from the audited AFS
published on SENS on Friday, 15 May 2026 and on which the Company's auditors, BDO South Africa Incorporated,
have expressed an unmodified audit opinion, is available on the Company's website at:
https://www.newpark.co.za/pdf/annual_reports/FY2026IR.pdf.

The Integrated Report, which will be distributed to shareholders today, Thursday, 21 May 2026, includes a notice of
annual general meeting of Newpark shareholders, which will be held at Unit 9A, 1st Floor, 3 Melrose Boulevard,
Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, on Wednesday, 15 July 2026 at 12:00. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to
participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 7 July 2026 and the record date for voting purposes is
Friday, 10 July 2026.

Shareholders are further advised that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, read
with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available
on the Company's website at: https://www.newpark.co.za/pdf/B-BBEE%20certificate.pdf.
